That became a reality and in the same day I was offered a job a letter from Darrell Biggs came in the mail informing Jenelle and I, Darrell l too was starting a new chapter in his life too. He passed all his tests and now has become a real-estate broker. Jenelle and I looked at each other and said, "This is totally a God thing." We called him and we began the process to sell our house. He and his team gave us such great advice: purging, staging, and setting the house for selling it. Darrell’s team had everything we needed to sell, even a lawyer that worked on our behalf in negotiations. In Illinois it is required to use a lawyer to sell your home. Darrell was the best. He and his team were with us every step of the way. We were so happy with their service, after 1 open house we had 3 offers on our home. We decided to go with the best offer. Even though Darrell and I have a long history together, I know he will treat everyone like family. We praised God for Darrell and his team. I know they won't let you down. Darrell was a great asset in selling our home.
He persevered in providing the information needed, with the showings and inspections, and he kept walking with us through the entire journey with a positive attitude. When we had questions, he made sure we understood what was happening and what the next steps would be. Darrell set a reasonable selling price and by doing so, we were able to move out of state and pay cash for our new home. We would recommend Darrell in selling or buying your next home.

He did more than expected by going to all showings, explaining anything that was unclear to me and taking care of situations, when I couldn’t be there. The most important thing was supporting me by praying for me and all the details.
